JOIN THE PTA

If you do nothing else, please consider
joining the PTA. Your $5 membership
fee goes to
support the National PTA, the N.J. State
PTA, the Ocean County PTA, and finally,
us. Despite being stretched pretty
far, it still does an amazing job of getting
good work done! (see links to
the other PTA sites on our links
page) Our membership application
form appears in the sidebar (on right) - please download,
print, fill out and send in with your child
today. You need only join (or renew) once,
no matter how many kids you have in school,
including none!
Both mom and dad can [should] join,
as well as relatives, seniors, etc..

for voter registration form, which even
comes with a handy mailer! Voting
is crucial to Democracy, and to School
Elections in April! Please take a
few minutes to read the insightful article
in our
Newsletter on this subject.

STAY INFORMED
|
Scour those backpacks for flyers! We
all know they have a way of disappearing
between school and home! Check here, our
website, regularly. We will continue
to try to keep content fresh, timely, and
relevant. Sign up for our
electronic mailing list to receive our
Newsletter and other important communiques.
Email your
school's PTA Vice President if you have
questions or suggestions. Stay in
the loop! Come to our general meetings.
They will always be announced on the
home page.

VOLUNTEER / DONATE
|
We
need help! All year, every year. It
takes a village, really, to accomplish all
we do for the children. Please consider
volunteering some time this coming year
to help us out. You'll be glad you
did.
In addition, we could use the following
donation[s]:
- If
your company has an extra copy of QuickBooks
sitting around unused, contact our treasurer
- Money.
Direct contributions will always
accepted, and are considered charitable

Voter
Registration
Absentee Voting
In New Jersey, any voter can now vote by
Absentee Ballot for any election. You do not need
a reason to vote by Absentee Ballot. Don't feel
like going to the polls? Simply vote by mail. Now there is "no
excuse" not to vote!
A
voter may apply for an absentee ballot by completing an Absentee Ballot
Application and mailing the application to
their County Clerk by mail up to 7 days
prior to the election. A voter may also apply in person to the County Clerk until 3:00 p.m., the day
before
the election.
